GRE Casing Pipes Are Much Stronger

The chemical component of the resin is a thermosetting aromatic amine-cured epoxy synthesized with continuous glass fibers. During the manufacturing process, a filament winding process, whereby the resin-infused glass fibers are wound onto a mandrel in a preset pattern under a controlled tension, is adopted for creating a Green Thread structure. Lengths of pipe are connected by keyed couplings and fiberglass adapters.
